We are off to the Apple store to see about reincarnating — or, perhaps, replacing — it. This heart-wrenching incident comes just three weeks after the death of the iPod Classic. It was replaced for no charge. We'll see if that luck "rings" true for the iPhone.

No way!! Not to mention it delayed in delievering me an email that caused me to show up at your house 3 days late for a party. Can you ask Apple for a case of Miller Lite?
Are you within the 90 days? If so, return it for a refund. Then buy the phone again at the new discounted price. You know, they got cheaper when the released the new phones.
