There's Something About Mary.

Mary Dixon, our long lost friend, recently moved from Florida back home to Mississippi. Since we haven't seen her in years (except for a random meeting on Washington Street a couple of years ago during Riverfest), she came for a visit and sat on our porch last Saturday night, the same night when our DVR cut off the last of the Ole Miss game (Did we win or WHAT!?!)
While in Florida, she apparently honed some mad skills. She and Lauchlin played guitar together back in 1997, but she has far surpassed songs from Camp Bratton Green and the simple Indigo Girls set list. Here she is rocking out the Mary J. Blige version of U2's "One." We were very impressed! Excuse the dark, unedited video.

We decided we need to start a band with Mary. Well, Olivia wasn't kidding. Lauchlin decided she's probably better suited as the agent!

We just need to get these girls some gigs! Now that Mary lives in Jackson, we plan to hang out with a guitar at hand so she can be our party trick. Apparently, her friends in Florida did the same thing.

Mojo was just happy the guitar case came out of hiding for a night.
